The Clayton Road Townhomes project to be approved by the Concord City Council

Concord, California – The approval of the final map for the Clayton Road Townhomes project, which includes seventy three-story townhomes on 3.87 acres at 3512 Clayton Road, will be discussed on Tuesday by the Concord City Council.

After the approval of the project on February 19th 2020 by the planning commission, the council rejected the last appeal. The project is on the consent calendar for Tuesday, which means it is considered routine.

The location of the project is on the southwestern side of Clayton Road near El Monte Elementary School and Concord Community Park.

If the final map is in substantial compliance with the map already authorized by the city, the council cannot reject the project.
