Contra Costa Ballot Drop Box Locations
Contra Costa County, California – California is conducting a 100 percent mail-in ballot for the November 2020 election, by order of Gov. Gavin Newsom, because of coronavirus.
Slowdowns at the US Postal Service have put some voters on edge, concerned that their ballot will not arrive in time to be counted. The situation was further complicated when the Republican party placed unauthorized ballot drop boxes in Orange County.
To put your mind at ease, here is a list of ballot drop boxes from the Contra Costa County Registrar of Voters. These are available 24 hours a day now and are confirmed to be legitimate. You may drop your ballot at any box in Contra Costa County:
