Public’s help needed in locating a vehicle who crashed in multiple garages

Pleasant Hill, California – Pleasant Hill police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle believed to have crashed into multiple garages on Thursday evening.

Cameras have caught a gray or silver Volkswagen Jetta with temporary license plates.

This incident occurred at 11 p.m. in the Gregory Gardens area.

People who have been impacted believe they were targeted because their driveways were unoccupied.

Authorities suspect it is the same vehicle that crashed into a Safeway store in Clayton earlier this week.

Anyone who recognizes the car is asked to contact the Pleasant Hill police.
