Three robbers held a couple at gunpoint in San Francisco home

San Francisco, California – According to authorities, an elderly man and woman were held at gunpoint during a home invasion on Tuesday morning in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond area.

The incident was reported at 11:13 a.m. at a residence in the 700 block of 40th Ave., according to San Francisco police investigators. Three suspects forced their way into the home, one of them brandished a gun and demanded money from an 81-year-old man and a 79-year-old woman.

The suspects had a quick look around the house before fleeing without stealing anything.

Authorities said it is believed the suspects were in their 20s but did not release additional information.
